Tracking frequency & window
Two settings decide how closely Huntit follows a post's numbers: tracking frequency for the busy first 24 hours, and tracking window for the slower days after.
You pick both in the profile's Media tracking block, on each content format it collects — so a profile's videos can be followed more closely than its images. They're set when you add the profile and can be changed later from its Edit form.
They control how often a post is re-checked, never how long it's tracked — every option ends at the same day-30 finish.
Tracking frequency — the first 24 hours
How often a post is re-checked in its first day, while it's moving fastest.

More checks give a smoother early-growth chart and catch fast risers sooner. Fewer checks cost less.
Tracking window — the days after
How often a post is re-checked after the first day, out to day 30 when tracking stops.

Per format, not per client
Every format the profile collects gets its own row in Media tracking, showing its current pace as one line; open the row to change either setting. All of them start at the standard pace, so you only touch the rows you want followed differently.
There is no client-level setting and nothing to inherit — each profile carries its own pair of choices per format.
Every window ends at day 30
Whatever you pick, tracking runs a final checkpoint at day 30 and then stops. You choose how densely a post is checked, never the horizon itself.
That keeps every post judged over the same 30-day life, so a heavily-checked post and a lightly-checked one stay comparable. After day 30 the post is marked Complete — see a post's tracking life.
Changes affect only newly found posts
Any schedule change applies only to posts Huntit finds after you make it. Posts already being tracked keep the schedule they were found under, all the way to day 30.
That's deliberate: a post is followed on the rules that existed when it was found, so its growth curve stays consistent from start to finish. Tighten a profile's frequency today and you'll see the finer curve on tomorrow's posts, not on ones already halfway through their tracking life.
