Error pages and getting unstuck

Now and then a page may show an error screen instead of its content. These are rare, and the fix is almost always a refresh or a step back. Here's what each one means and what to do.

The screens you might see

The order to try things

  1. Try again / refresh. Most one-off errors clear on a reload — a momentary hiccup, not a broken account.
  2. Go back. Use "Back to dashboard" (on the not-found screen) or your browser's back button, then re-open what you were after from the sidebar.
  3. Check the address. A "Page not found" after a deletion is honest, not a bug — the record no longer exists.

When to request support

If the same page keeps erroring after a refresh — or something clearly isn't behaving the way these pages describe — that's the moment to request support.

A short note of what you were doing, and a screenshot if you can, makes it quick to look into.

Nothing you've tracked is at risk while a view stutters. The error screens are about display, not your data.
