Profiles — the table and the profile page

A profile is one account on one platform: one TikTok, one Instagram, one YouTube, one Facebook.

You meet them in two places — the Profiles table, a flat list of every profile across all your clients, and a single profile page holding everything about one of them.

The Profiles table

Reached from Profiles in the sidebar, this is every tracked account in one wide table.

The columns run in story order: who the profile is, how it's doing, where it sits, how big it is, and when it was last checked. Platform is part of the identity rather than an afterthought — the same handle can exist on two platforms.

A profile's state is written once, in Status, so you never have to reconcile two columns. The rightmost column is a pure time column and reads — until a check has actually run.

The table is deliberately wide and scrolls sideways on narrower screens. A search top-right, beside Add profile, matches a handle with or without the @, plus its brand, its client and its own URL.

The Tier column is a follower band read off the follower count: Nano under 10k, Rising 10k–50k, Mid 50k–200k, Macro 200k–1M, Mega 1M and up. An unknown count shows —.

This is the follower tier, not the service tier you set on a client.

The profile page

Opening a profile shows its performance, its details, and its calibration:

• Performance — the evolution band, the same chart the Brand page carries, here for the single profile. A "View posts →" link jumps to the feed filtered to this profile.
• The Details card — the profile URL, platform, bio and bio link, followers, the platform's own post count, and Collects — each format it tracks, with its check-in cadence. It carries two freshness times, because two different jobs run on two clocks: one for the 15-minute look for new posts, one for the weekly profile refresh. See Huntit's clock.
• Importing history — a line that appears while a format you've just switched on imports its last 50 posts, counting them as they land.
• The calibration status panel — how close each pool is to unlocking badges, with the thresholds a future post must beat.
