The first-login setup
The first time your agency signs in, Huntit runs a short setup wizard before handing you the app. It has three steps, shown one at a time:
- Welcome — a skippable tour of what Huntit does.
- API keys — connecting your four provider accounts.
- First steps — adding your first client.
Only the middle step gates access; everything else you can skip.
Connecting your keys
This is the one hard gate, and it usually takes under 30 minutes. You connect four provider keys — your own BrightData, Apify, Gemini, and YouTube accounts — one at a time, and each is tested the moment you save it, so a typo is caught here, not at your first scrape.
They're your own accounts, so you pay providers directly, at cost. When all four are verified, you're ready to start using Huntit.

Can I skip or resume it?
You can skip the tour and the logo screen. You cannot skip the keys — the app stays gated until scraping is on. If you leave partway through, your progress is saved: connected keys are remembered, so returning lands you straight back on the keys step. Nothing is lost to a refresh.
I'm a member and I'm stuck at setup
If you sign in before setup is finished, you'll hit a wait wall: connecting the provider keys is the agency owner's first-run step.
Ask them to sign in and finish. Nothing is broken, there's nothing for you to do, and your full access opens the moment they're done.
Afterwards, managing keys in Settings is a permission the owner can hand to someone else.
