The triage marks
A post carries three small marks in the feed's left gutter — ★ favorite, ✓ reviewed, and the 📄 analysis mark.
They're your team's working flags for triaging the feed, and they're team-shared: a mark one teammate sets is the mark everyone on your agency sees.
What each mark means
- ★ Favorite. Set it with the star toggle on a post, in the feed or the post detail view. It's a "keep an eye on this" flag, and it quietly does a second job too — it protects the post from cleanup. Filter the feed to favorites with the ★ toggle in the toolbar.
- ✓ Reviewed. A "someone looked at this" marker. Set it from the post detail view's ✓ Reviewed toggle. The velocity radar can hide reviewed posts, so your team can clear a rising list together without stepping on each other.
- 📄 Analysis mark. This one you don't set. It appears on its own once a post has a generated AI analysis waiting to be read — an intelligence brief, a custom analysis, or a comments analysis that finished successfully.
Marks are shared, not personal
Favorite and reviewed live on the post itself rather than on your account, so they're the same for the whole agency. That's deliberate — triage is a team activity.
Your column layout and your table-or-cards choice go the other way: those are personal to your browser, and the posts feed explains the split.

Favoriting also protects a post
Beyond flagging it, favoriting a post protects it from cleanup.
Huntit keeps posts for 12 months. Past that, ordinary ones are cleared, while a post that won a badge, was analyzed, or carries your star stays indefinitely. So starring a post is also how you say "keep this one for good".
Huntit holds you to it, too. Un-favorite a post past 12 months that the star alone is keeping, and it asks first — "This post is past 12 months, and the favorite is the only thing keeping it."
