If you decide to leave

You can leave Huntit at any time — no notice period, no exit fees. Your subscription simply runs to the end of the period you have already paid, and tracking stops there. There is no lock-in and nothing to time carefully; the only thing worth planning is your export.

The 30-day export window

For 30 days after your end date, your portal stays open so you can export everything (Settings → Export data — clients, brands & creators, profiles and posts with media links, plus every intelligence brief, comments analysis, custom analysis and stored client report). We recommend exporting before your end date; the window is the safety net.

This is the same self-serve export you can run anytime, covered in Exporting your data; it is not something reserved for offboarding. You will never lose your data by surprise.

Then, permanent deletion

After the 30 days we delete everything — your database, media files, and archives. We cannot bring it back.

Deletion is not instant everywhere: our database provider can still recover a deleted database on its own side for up to seven days. Once that week passes, no copy of your data exists anywhere.

The report share links your clients hold stop working when your portal closes. While the portal is open through the export window they continue to work; once it closes, they go dead along with everything else. If clients need the reports as standalone files, print them to PDF before you leave — see Sharing a report.

Your provider accounts stay yours

Your BrightData, Apify, Gemini, and YouTube accounts — and any money in them — are unaffected; you keep them. Because you brought your own provider keys, those accounts were never Huntit's to touch. Closing your Huntit portal does not close or drain them.

If you come back later

Rejoining later means a fresh start — history doesn't carry over. A new portal begins collecting from that point; the deleted data does not return, and calibration and past winners start over.
