Your data — where it lives and who can see it

Your client data is yours, isolated from every other agency, and hosted in the European Union.

No other Huntit agency can see it, and that separation is structural rather than a permission setting someone could toggle wrong. Each agency runs on its own database, its own storage and its own workflows.

So another agency's data isn't merely hidden from you — it is physically not present in your portal, and yours is not in theirs.

Who at Huntit can access it

Huntit support can enter your portal when they need to help you — that's how setup issues and "why did this fail?" tickets get resolved.

Every such access is logged: a deliberate, recorded action, never silent and never open-ended.

Where it is hosted, and your role under GDPR

Your data is hosted in the EU. Under data-protection law your agency is the controller of your clients' and tracked-content data, and Huntit acts as your processor.

The Data Processing Agreement is an annex to Huntit's Terms, accepted by using the service.

Huntit relies on a short published list of infrastructure providers — hosting and email — kept deliberately small because you bring your own scraping and AI accounts. That subprocessor list is public.

Where to find the Terms and Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions live on huntit.ai (/privacy and /terms) and are linked from your portal footer. From within those documents you can reach the Tracked-Content Notice and the subprocessor list.

If someone you track objects

Huntit reads only public content. It never logs into anyone's account, and does nothing a tracked account can see.

Even so, a creator you track may object to being tracked. Because your agency is the controller, that decision is yours to act on, and the fix is direct: stop tracking them by deleting the profile.
