Team, account & support
Members, roles, your agency settings, and how to reach support.
Start here
- Members — inviting and removing teammatesInviting and removing teammates is a permission your owner grants. The roster lives in Settings → Members & roles; a removed member's clients move to the owner.
- Account manager ≠ a permissionThe account manager is who receives a client's notifications — nothing more. It never grants or restricts access.
- The notification bell and "What's new"The bell carries per-client events and takes you straight to the thing it names. "What's new" is the permanent home for Huntit announcements.

- Roles — who can do whatHuntit has four roles — owner, manager, member, and viewer. The owner ticks what managers and members may each do, from a list of 17 permissions.
- Requesting supportDescribe the problem in Request support, attach up to 3 screenshots, and Huntit replies by email. There is no live chat by design.
- Sharing feedback and feature requestsSend ideas through Share feedback. Requests are private, get a status back, and are prioritized by value across all agencies — a request is not a promise.
- One product for everyoneThere are no tier-locked features and no caps on clients or profiles. Every agency runs the same Huntit, and every improvement ships to all.
- Your account and agency settingsYour name and email come from your invite. Agency name, timezone, and AI language are read-only and change through support — the logo is the one self-serve exception.
- Your data — where it lives and who can see itEach agency's data sits in its own isolated store, hosted in the EU. No other agency can see it. Support access is logged, and the legal documents live on huntit.ai.
- If you decide to leaveLeave anytime with no notice period. Your portal stays open 30 days after your end date so you can export everything, then it is permanently deleted.
