Double Winners and the two winner shapes
Because Reach and Engagement are judged independently, a post's two badges combine into a few meaningful patterns. The ones with their own names are worth knowing.
Double Winners
A Double Winner is a post that earned a badge on both axes. It spread wide, and the people who saw it engaged heavily.
That's the premium signal: the post cleared the profile's own threshold on both fronts. Double Winners get their own mode in the winners vault, so you can pull just these.
The two shapes
A winner can also point two ways at once — strong on the axis it won, and, for this profile, near the floor on the other. Wherever its badges appear, an outlined chip sits beside them naming the axis that fell behind: ▼ Engagement or ▼ Reach.
- High reach, very low engagement — many people saw the post; very few reacted. Common on promoted posts, and on posts a platform pushed to a cold audience.
- High engagement, very low reach — very few people saw it; many reacted. Common on posts that weren't promoted.
Hover the chip and it names the shape in full, gives the post's own views and engagement against the profile's typical post, and closes with the line above.
A Double Winner never carries a chip: both of its axes are at the top.
Finding them in the vault
The Reach and Engagement tabs of the winners vault each carry two switches, both off until you turn them on.
One hides the posts that also hold the other axis's badge, leaving the single-axis winners. The other keeps only that tab's shape. While either is on, the count above the list says how many rows it hid.

The second one is the strategist's filter. A post whose audience responded but whose distribution never happened is a proven idea, not a spent one — a different kind of lead than a post that went wide.
The other combinations
For completeness, the two remaining patterns:
- Reach only — the post spread wide but the audience didn't engage above the threshold.
- No badge — the post didn't clear either threshold for this profile. That's most posts, and it's a normal reading, not a fault.
Four states read like no badge and aren't.
An axis can be unmeasurable on that post — one of its counts never reached Huntit, so nothing was judged there.
Or the profile holds no threshold on that axis yet, its pool still short of 30 measurable posts.
Or the post carries too few interactions for Engagement to be judged — Engagement not judged — under 25 interactions.
Or it's under three days old, and Engagement is judged from the 3-day check-in.
The post's modal says which, and while the post is still tracking it adds that a badge can still land.
A note on counting: when Huntit reports how many winners a profile or brand has, a Double Winner is counted once, not twice — see Winning posts & Win rate.
