A day with Huntit — the daily rhythm
Huntit doesn't need you to keep it running — discovery finds new posts about every 15 minutes, tracking re-checks them on schedule, and AI discovery reads each new video and carousel as it arrives, around the clock.
Using Huntit well is a short daily rhythm on top of that: orient, triage, read the verdicts, catch the momentum, and go deeper only where it's worth it.
Morning: open the overview
The overview is the briefing: what your clients' markets published last week, what won, and what is still waiting for you. A quiet week reads as a low number, not as an error — 0 is a valid reading.
One card sits outside that weekly clock and is worth a second look: what is climbing right now, in the last 24 hours. Below the cards, each client carries its newest winners, and every row opens that client's own pre-filtered vault.
Triage: mark posts with ★ and ✓
As you scroll the posts feed, use the two marks:
- ★ Favorite — worth keeping. A favorited post is also protected: it stays in Huntit forever, past the normal 365-day retention.
- ✓ Reviewed — processed; you've seen it and taken what you needed.
Both marks live on the post itself, shared with your whole team — when you mark a post, your colleagues see the same mark. Ten minutes of marking turns tomorrow's feed into a to-do list instead of a wall. (More in the triage marks.)
Verdicts: the winners vault
The winners vault is where settled wins live — badged posts across all your clients, most recent wins first. This is the "what actually worked lately" read: filter to one client before a call, or browse wide for patterns.
Momentum: the velocity radar
The velocity radar is the opposite clock — not what won, but what is climbing right now, each video measured against its own profile's usual pace. It's a head start, not a verdict, and a quiet radar day is honest.
When something stands out: go deeper
A post that keeps earning your attention is a candidate for the on-demand analyses — an intelligence brief for why it works, comments intelligence for what the audience says, or your custom analysis for your agency's own angle.
This is also where connecting Huntit to Claude changes the shape of the work: instead of opening each analysis yourself, you ask the question you actually have — why these posts won, what to script next — and Claude reads your own data to answer it.
A realistic day: five minutes on the overview with the morning coffee, ten minutes marking the feed, a look at the vault before a client call, the radar when you want something to jump on today — and one analysis on the post everyone kept talking about.
Everything else Huntit does on its own; the notification bell brings you what needs you.
